Crockpot Lipton Chicken

This is an all-in-one meal with the meat, potatoes and vegetables. Plus it’s like a set it and forget it meal. I love to throw this in the crockpot in the morning when I know my day will be busy with running errands or when I am working late.

Crockpot Lipton Chicken

2-4 chicken breasts

2 packets of Lipton onion soup mix

1 cup chicken broth

1 large can of green beans 30 oz. ( Blue Lake is my favorite)

4-6 gold potatoes (any kind will do though)

1. First, put 2-4 chicken breasts in crockpot and pour 1 cup of chicken broth over them.
2. Sprinkle 1 packet of Lipton soup mix on top.

3. Add 1 large can of green beans on one side.

4. Then cut up your 4-6 potatoes and add to other side of crockpot.5. Sprinkle 2nd packet of onion soup mix on top.6. Finally, light stir the green beans and potatoes so they are coated with onion soup mix. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Enjoy!
